Peter C. Nordblom

Peter C. Nordblom, President

Peter is President of Nordblom Company and has oversight responsibility of all Nordblom Company’s operating units. Under Peter's direction, Nordblom Company has evolved from a firm with a primary focus on development into an fully integrated investment and service oriented real estate platform Peter’s experience covers all types of commercial real estate including office, industrial and multifamily, and includes over $500 million of real estate development. As Nordblom Company enters its ninth decade, Peter leads the company with passion for its mission in creating dynamic relationships and environments.  He is a founding investor in a Nordblom Company affiliate, the Northbridge Companies, a senior housing development and consulting firm. Peter has been active in numerous non-profits with a particular focus on the challenges facing youth urban as well as rural areas.

Ogden Hunnewell

Ogden Hunnewell, Executive Vice President

Og joined Nordblom Company in 1995 as co-founder and president of the Company's new investment affiliate, Nordic Properties, as well as an officer in Nordblom. Nordic formally merged with Nordblom in 2011 after the two firms jointly oversaw the acquisition and/or development of over 6 million square feet of commercial, industrial and multifamily real estate throughout New England. These transactions totaled over $1.2 billion in size with a particular focus on complicated value-add and adaptive re-use projects. Og serves as a Director and Partner of Nordblom Company as well as coordinating all the company's new investment initiatives. His civic interests and commitments include serving as a Director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Rogerson Communities, and NAIOP- Boston (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties), as well as a Trustee at the New England Aquarium and Vice President/Trustee at Milton Academy. He is a former President of NAIOP- Boston and a former Trustee of Chicago Dock & Canal Trust, a public REIT.

Richard P. Robinson, CCIM

Richard P. Robinson, CCIM , Executive Vice President

Richard Robinson works to understand and evaluate the investor and corporate clients' needs, and helps to implement the best real estate solution. He seeks to develop relationships where clients can utilize the many capabilities of Nordblom Company. He is also responsible for the services offered by the Multifamily Brokerage groups. Previously he was director of the Multifamily Investment Group at Nordblom Company and prior to that an industrial broker with Cushman and Wakefield.

R. Winder Nordblom, CPM

R. Winder Nordblom, CPM, Executive Vice President

As Nordblom Company's Executive Vice President Win has a background in property management and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Win also currently focuses on Nordblom's multifamily property management work, and was instrumental in directing the development of Marion Square, Brookline's first major new luxury apartment property in a decade. Win is a past President of Boston Metropolitan Chapter #4 and a past Regional Vice President for Region 1 of the Institute for Real Estate Management.

Michael J. O

Michael J. O'Neill , Treasurer

Mike oversees the commercial and residential accounting services at Nordblom Company. With over six million square feet of property and hundreds of tenants under management, Mike's staff of accountants ensures that properties are being run profitably and efficiently. Mike is also responsible for the management information software that enables our accounting staff to generate professional reports and analyze financial data.

Tony Camillo

Tony Camillo, Vice President of Accounting

Tony oversees the commercial accounting staff and the reporting requirements to ownership and 20 clients.  Tony plays a key role in client relations and is directly responsible for the financial reporting to the largest capital partner in the portfolio.  Tony ensures that Nordblom’s  security and internal controls are adhered to and is actively involved in the budgeting cycle as well as overseeing the year-end audit process.

Michele Santorelli

Michele Santorelli, Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, Michele manages all corporate and property marketing activities for Nordblom Company including advertising, direct mail, e-marketing, collateral development, newsletters, web-based initiatives, public relations, events, graphic design and more.  Michele has a wide range of previous marketing experience, holding her B.S. in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University and Master’s in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Og joined Nordblom Company in 1995 as co-founder and president of the Company's new investment affiliate, Nordic Properties, as well as an officer in Nordblom. J. Daniel Bowen

J. Daniel Bowen , Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets

As the Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Markets for Nordblom Company, Dan is responsible for managing Nordblom Company's debt portfolio, working with its joint-venture equity investors as well as identifying and acquiring investment real estate. Dan has 20 years of experience in finance and acquisition plus five years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. His most notable recent project was the $215 million acquisition and of Network Drive at Northwest Park, in which he closed the equity joint venture. Dan was also instrumental in opening a new investment market, Raleigh, North Carolina, to Nordblom Company where it is growing a portfolio of stable and value added properties. Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, a member of the National Association of Office & Industrial Properties and a former member of the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Finance Association. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth.

Stephen Stewart

Stephen Stewart, Investment Analyst

As an Investment Analyst for Nordblom Company, Stephen is responsible for investment underwriting and partner reports.  Stephen is also responsible for the financial analysis of potential real estate acquisitions.  Stephen joined Nordblom Company in 2015.  Prior to joining Nordblom, Stephen worked as an Associate Appraiser with Joseph J. Blake & Associates in Boston.  Stephen has a BS in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.  He is also a Licensed Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts.

Stephen Logan

Stephen Logan , Senior Vice President

Steve is the director of Nordblom's development group, and has been involved with the development of over 5 million square feet of real estate. Steve is experienced in every aspect of real estate development, including permitting, financing, construction management, and move-in coordination. Some of Steve's major projects include new construction projects such as 4 Batterymarch Park, a first-class, five-story office property in Quincy, Massachusetts; Marion Square, a 44-unit luxury apartment complex in Brookline, Massachusetts; and the complete reconstruction of a former optics manufacturing plant into Lexington Corporate Center, a first-class 300,000 SF office campus in Lexington, Massachusetts.

Todd Fremont-Smith

Todd Fremont-Smith , Senior Vice President and Director of Mixed-Use Projects

As Senior Vice President of Development and Director of Mixed-Use Projects for Nordblom Company, Todd oversees the permitting, development and leasing of commercial assets. Todd has developed property on behalf of corporate users and real estate investors, and has extensive experience investing in, and transforming, older, obsolete properties into successful second-generation assets. Todd is currently master-planning the redevelopment of Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts; a 3.25 million square foot high-density mixed-use development located just off of Route 128 in suburban Boston.

Todd Nordblom

Todd Nordblom, Project Manager

Todd is a Project Manager with the Nordblom Development Company.  After joining the company in 2014 he has focused on the permitting, construction, and tenant construction coordination for retail and residential developments.  Projects include 300,000 retail sf and 300 luxury apartments at 3rd Ave Burlington.  Prior to joining Nordblom, Todd worked as a Business Development Manager for technology start-ups in New York and New England while founding and directing the country’s top ranked professional development cycling team.

Adele Olivier

Adele Olivier , Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial Property and Asset Management

As the director of Nordblom's commercial property and asset management division, Adele oversees the team responsible for the management of over 6 million square feet of downtown and suburban commercial real estate and has direct asset management responsibility of over 2 million square feet at Network Drive and Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts. Adele is responsible for ensuring that the properties are managed in accordance with Nordblom's client's goals and objectives, and that tenants are treated professionally. Adele's expertise includes commercial property management, asset management, lease negotiation, administration and budgeting. Adele has over 20 years of commercial real estate property and asset management experience and received her MBA from Henley University in the UK.

Patrick DiGregorio

Patrick DiGregorio , Vice President

As Vice President of Real Estate Management, Patrick has managed over 5 million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate, and is experienced in all aspects of property management from daily operations to long-term capital planning and budgeting.  Patrick's current management responsibilities include 75 Fountain Street, Providence, Hood Business Park, Charlestown and 1000 Washington Street, Boston.

Patrick O

Patrick O'Neill , Vice President

As Vice President of Real Estate Management, Patrick's primary responsibility is managing the 805,000 square feet of class A office space at Network Drive at Northwest Park, Nordblom's most recent acquisition and property management assignment. Patrick's responsibilities at the 158-acre site include managing the facility, fulfilling tenant requests, overseeing maintenance mechanics, vendors and contractors, and other management-related tasks. Patrick has been with Nordblom since 2003 and during this time has worked on a variety of management assignments including Lakeside Office Park, Solomon Pond Park, Newbury Park, Drum Hill Technology Park and Walnut Place. Patrick received his BS in Psychology from Northeastern University and is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Management.

Alexander Schnip

Alexander Schnip, Vice President

As Vice President of Real Estate Management, Alex's primary responsibility is to oversee a portfolio consisting of approximately 1.5 million square feet of class A and B suburban office space across the Greater Boston Area.  Alex holds numerous responsibilities including oversight of all aspects of operational and property management, as well as strategic and asset management for the various properties within the portfolio. Throughout his career, Alex has been involved in numerous real estate projects in varying positions including property management, asset management, facilities management, project management, acquisitions and leasing in the Greater Boston Area.  Alex received his B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in both Economics and Management from Bryant University.

Danielle Ramsey

Danielle Ramsey, Senior Property Manager

As a Senior Property Manager for Nordblom Company, Danielle manages Northwest Park in Burlington, MA.  Northwest Park consists of over one million square feet of office space and was recently rezoned for the development of an exciting mixed-use environment including retail and entertainment.  Danielle is responsible for the tenant relations, vendor/contractor management and daily operations of the park.  For over ten years, Danielle has been involved in the management of retail, office and industrial portfolios in both San Diego and the Greater Boston Area. Danielle has a BA in Sociology and a Minor in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.

Maureen Harrington

Maureen Harrington, Leasing Manager, Northwest Park

As Leasing Manager, Maureen exclusively represents the Landlord in the leasing of approximately 1 million SF of office, R&D and flex space at Northwest Park in Burlington, MA.  Maureen’s responsibilities include managing the marketing and leasing of the existing vacant space, future vacancies, new build-to-suit buildings, as well as the lease renewals with existing tenants. Maureen works closely with tenants and the brokerage community handling all aspects of the lease process from the initial showing through lease negotiation.  Since 2008, Maureen has been involved in the leasing and management of commercial and residential properties and holds her degree in Marketing from Assumption College.

Cathy Buckingham

Cathy Buckingham, Property Manager

Cathy’s primary responsibility is the management of Network Drive at Northwest Park located in Burlington, MA.  Cathy is responsible for tenant relations, facility management, vendor and contractor management, daily operations, and assists in the implementation of the strategic plan for the asset.  Cathy has managed a variety of properties representing an array of ownership entities, clients, investors, and assets.  Cathy earned her Master’s degree from the University of North Dakota and her Bachelor’s degree at St. Lawrence University.

Sarah Chenault

Sarah Chenault, Property Manager

As Property Manager of Northwest Park, Sarah’s primary responsibilities are tenant relations, facility management, vendor and contractor management, daily operations, and annual budgeting.  Northwest Park consists of over one million square feet of office space and is the home of 3rd Ave Burlington. 3rd Ave is an exciting mixed-use environment including retail and entertainment.  Sarah has been involved in the management of office, retail and industrial portfolios in the Greater Boston area since 2010.  Sarah holds a BS in Corporate Communication from Kennesaw State University.
 

Charles J. Coy

Charles J. Coy, Property Manager

As Property Manager of multiple assets consisting of over one million square feet of office space, CJ’s primary responsibilities are facility management, tenant relations, daily operations, annual budgeting, and vendor and contractor management.  CJ began his career managing executive office suites in New York City and has been involved in the leasing and management of commercial properties in the Boston area since 2010.  CJ has a BA in Sociology and a Minor in Media & Society from Hobart College.

Judy Stewart

Judy Stewart , Vice President

Judy has more than 20 years of experience in real estate including administration, leasing and management. She is the principal senior manager responsible for Nordblom's residential managed portfolio in excess of 500 units throughout Greater Boston including a recent 125 unit condominium conversion, Washington on the Square. Judy was a crucial member of the development team for this exciting property from the initial conversion to the last closings. Working from our residential management office in Brookline, Judy is responsible for daily management responsibilities along with capital planning, financial budgeting, property maintenance and supervision of the complete office staff. Judy manages properties on behalf of private investors and provides regional supervision to properties located in North Carolina. She joined Nordblom in 1996 and was initially brought in upon the deregulation of rent control to bring the buildings up to present market conditions and to maintain and modernize the building conditions. She is additionally accountable for the everyday operation of a 104,000 square foot commercial office and retail building in Davis Square, Somerville. Judy is ARM® and CPMC® certified, Accredited Residential Manager and Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Gene Willette

Gene Willette , Director of Facilities

Gene is the Director of Facilities for the Multifamily Management Group and has more than 20 years of experience in construction. He is a licensed Construction Supervisor in the State of Massachusetts. Gene is a strong negotiator with an exceptional knowledge of regulatory standards and building codes. His invaluable expertise since 1994 has been vital to the Nordblom Company, including special capital projects and construction management. He is especially experienced with aged buildings that require extra care and attention to bring them in compliance with today's demanding standards. His most recent projects include: a 125-unit condo conversion where he acted as the General Contractor for this $45 million project; multimillion-dollar renovations of 1920s-constructed buildings in Brookline; development assistance and owner's representative for Marion Square apartments, and a construction management assignment on a 150-unit complex in Cambridge.

Maureen DiStasi

Maureen DiStasi , Property Manager

Maureen has more than 10 years experience in property management including apartments and condominiums.  She has been with Nordblom Company since 2005 and currently manages 283 apartments in the Brookline, MA Coolidge Corner area.  She is responsible for the financial operating budget, capital improvements, and supervising the office and maintenance staff.   She ensures that the properties are impeccably maintained and the expectation of the residents is exceeded. Maureen is a certified ARM®, Accredited Residential Manager, through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Diana Campoli

Diana Campoli , Property Manager, Cambridge Apartments

Diana has over 10 years experience in property management in the Raleigh, North Carolina market. She joined Nordblom in 2005 with the acquisition of Cambridge Apartments and currently manages the 168 unit community. Diana is responsible for the daily management, property maintenance, financial planning and staff supervision. She has a strong customer service background and is excellent with collections. Diana has obtained her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association and is ARM® certified, Accredited Residential Manager, through the Institute of Real Estate Management..
