The leasing success is attributable to major campus amenity updates and sustainability initiatives which have attracted new tenants and retained existing tenants.
Nordblom Company and Rubenstein Partners, owners of 55 Walkers Brook Drive in Reading, MA announced that they have signed a seven-year, 25,000 SF lease with Eliassen Group at the property. Eliassen Group, an IT staffing, recruiting and consulting company, will be moving their corporate headquarters from Wakefield to 55 Walkers Brook.

3rd Ave, the dining, entertainment, and home goods heart of Burlington, has donated the proceeds from their Grand Opening events to People Helping People and the Burlington Fire Department. On Friday September 11th, 3rd Ave hosted the 3rd Ave Mix-Off. All the proceeds were donated to the Burlington Fire Department. On Saturday September 12th, 3rd Ave hosted the Taste of 3rd Ave, where participants got an “around-the-world” experience of 3rd Ave including samplings from each restaurant. All the proceeds were donated to People Helping People (The Burlington Food Pantry).
