Two New Leases Signed at 3rd Ave Burlington


3rd Ave Burlington, the dining and entertainment heart of Burlington, announced that they have completed two new leases totaling 22,825 SF.  The signed leases are with Boston Interiors (17,757 SF) and Carter’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelers (5,068 SF).  Being developed by Nordblom Company, the 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl and home to The Bancroft, Cambridge Savings Bank, Tony C’s, and Redstone American Grill.
