Rodger P. Nordblom

"Be Bold, Be Good, Be Generous"

In 1950, after graduating from Harvard, Rod joined the family business, then headed by his father Robert C. Nordblom. Eventually Rod took the helm of the company and became a pioneer in creating some of the most prominent business parks along Route 128. Rod was a leader in the real estate industry and a ”Sage” for all at Nordblom Company. Rod was also involved in many philanthropic organizations, where he had passion for helping people, such as WGBH, Boys and Girls Club, United Way, and the Museum of Science. Rodger’s motto was “Be bold with your thoughts and actions, be good to the world around you, and be generous of yourself to others.” His words ring true in every property we develop or manage, and every relationship we value.
